Two Brothers, One Crew
B&B Brothers is a Spokane roofing and siding company run by brothers Baha and Baur. We have worked in construction since 2017, in roofing, siding, framing, general contracting, drywall and painting, and we founded B&B Brothers on May 22, 2022.
Today we are a crew of four, including the two of us, and we have completed around 200 projects in places like Liberty Lake, Five Mile Prairie, Rockwood and Manito. Customers choose us because our rates are fair, we are honest and straightforward, and we don’t upcharge. We are licensed in Washington and Idaho, bonded and insured, and we speak English and Russian.

How much does a new roof cost in Spokane?
For an average 2,000 sq ft house, a re-roof with us runs about $16,500. An extra layer of old roofing, a 7/12 or steeper pitch, many valleys or tight access push it up; a simple roof with easy access brings it down. Full cost guide.
How much does a roof repair cost?
We have a $500 minimum. Most of our customers spend $3,000–$5,000 on a repair.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Washington L&I registration BBBROBC782NK and Idaho registration RCE-66925. We are bonded and insured, with workers’ compensation. Details.
What warranty do you give?
A 5-year workmanship warranty, in writing, on all our work. Malarkey shingles installed with Malarkey underlayment and accessories also carry a 50-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms.
How soon can you come out?
We usually come out for a free inspection within a week, and you usually get your written estimate within a week. For an active leak we can usually tarp within 48 hours.
Do you work with insurance claims or offer financing?
No to both. We work directly with homeowners and give you a written estimate. We don’t upcharge.
